Coming across needs of our clients we carry out innovative projects in the field of Predictive Maintenance and large sets of industrial data analyses (Big Data), because of that your company will get competitive advantage.
Our solutions and services give possibility to minimize the machinery failures and unplanned downtimes, and to optimize the production process of your company, as a consequence, leading to exploitation costs reduction and maximization the financial gain from your production!
Ability to forecast, recognize, and react in proper time to the changes that determine the future of a company is an art of not only leading, but also survival and development. Only the companies capable of such processes are able to progress.
Chief Executive Officer
Mateusz Marzec – is a PhD candidate and a researcher at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics, AGH-UST. He is also an author of many scientific publications, a respected specialist in the field of RAMS, operation and technical maintenance of the machines but mostly Predictive Maintenance. Collaboration with companies form such industries as chemical, oil & gas, power, automotive, rail, and manufacturing allowed him to gain invaluable professional experience.
PAWEŁ MORKISZ, PhD
Paweł Mоrkisz – an assistant at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics, AGH- UST and RSIMS project manager. His scientific interests are focused on the analysis of computational complexity of continuous problems, in which he uses Information-Based Complexity (IBC) approach. Working for companies like IBM, UBS, Luxoft and NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, USA) allowed him to gain valuable work experience in practical application of Machine Learning techniques and advanced algorithmics.

He is an authority in the field of railway industry.
Clash of huge experience of mature professors with fresh glance and innovative approach of young team members. That enables us to reach synergy effect, that gives the possibility of quick and effective implementation of newest data analysis algorithms.
The first mainstay of RS is R&D department consisting of highly specialized experts actively cooperating with academia all over the world. Among them are scientists from the best Polish technical universities, i.e. Warsaw University of Technology,
AGH University of Science and Technology, and Jagiellonian University.
Second mainstay of RS is the other mainstay of RS is a dynamical IT department gathering software engineers working in prior in companies such as Google, IBM, Microsoft, Comarch, NVIDIA or Luxoft.
We are a spin-off created in 2014 by the initiative of AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, based on its long-term experience in the field of mechanical engineering, machines exploitation, mechatronics, applied mathematics, and computer science.
In 2015 VC - Giza Polish Ventures invested in the company what enabled rapid development in the field of Predictive Maintenance. In the same year we also received a grant from National Center of Research and Development for further development of our flagship product – RSIMS.
After a success story and very positive feedback on Polish market in 2016 company decided to expand to foreign markets. The goal for 2017 is to find an investor, enabling expansion for the US market.
